Ashley: "Mommy?"
Me: " What-e?"
Ashley: "No say Buddy"
Me: "I didn't say Buddy, I said What-e"
Ashley: "Me no buddy, me Ashley. "
And this happens every time she says 'mommy'. I guess she hasn't quite trained me yet in what the correct response is, but it surely isn't 'buddy'.
